Happy post Thanksgiving everyone. I hope you all had a great holiday. Today I am sharing with you part one of my PFW vlog. I was at about an hour and half in editing this video when I realized it was going to be too long to do in one video. At the rate I am going I will be editing feature length films LOL. But seriously I did capture quite bit on my trip. Feel to fast forward to parts that you like or sit down with a cup of joe of glass of vino and go along for the whole ride!
Well on this day it rained, hence the umbrella which I picked up on my way…
Here it is my NYFW vlog. Fashion Week is back it seems and it took a bit to get back into the swing of things. It was busy as usual with a lot of running around, going to shows, shooting street style, hanging with my fellow photogs and interviewing the best dressed attendees. It was a whirlwind and I was exhausted but I wouldn’t have it any other way…
Well Fashion Month is officially over. What a whirl wind. It has been a bit of an adjustment since 2019 I feel like I am out of the loop and it is has been hard to get back into the swing of things. But it is nice to see Fashion Week back to where it was before the pandemic.
I have heard a bit of a buz about the future of fashion and technology this Fashion Week. From the Metaverse to having an avatar to augmented 3D reality. Not quite sure what to think of all this yet.
Well it has been a minute since I have done an OOTD post. Life has been crazy for the past twenty four months as we all know. And in addition to COVID I had quite a bit going on in my life. Life is just so filled with ups and downs and it can challenging to traverse at times. But for the most part we all get through it. Things are finally settling down a bit and I had some free time to pop out east with a friend of mine.
Well here we are in August, the second week of August if you can believe that. Can’t lie, I am looking forward to fall, I am %100 over the heat and humidity, this summer was beyond the pale with the heat. But I guess this was the same across the globe.
Fashion Week is quickly approaching and it seems it is more or less back to where it was in 2019. This was the last time I was in Paris and I found that trends I saw there arrived on American shores about 12-18 months later. In general I feel like Europe is ahead of the trends to a degree, I guess because in the States there are two major cities that are super fashion forward: New York and Los Angles.
