READY TO WEAR
COUTURE
This warms the bottom of my fashionista heart. In a time of so much uncertainty, competitiveness and a future of an algorithm dominated society, it is refreshing to come across an old school sense of unity and support. I was lucky enough to be part the Flying Solo Fashion Week experience and also attended their pre show fitting day. Stay tuned for coverage on that in my NYFW Fall 2020 vlog. I am sharing with you some of the looks from both shows. I am sure you will be as excited as I was to attend. I hope you enjoy!

Thanks for sharing Allie! I really like the concept of Flying Solo and I can see this model being more popular in the future considering that fashion and retail seems to be somewhat in a state of flux right now.

I love that all of these outfits have a sense of “imbalance”, whether one side is sleeveless or one side is longer. I love some of the flare options too. Flying Solo did a great job with their lineup at the NYFW!! Glad you enjoyed your time there!

Oh wow, what an awesome show to be able to see! Interesting choice in face/head accessories, but I love how they push the envelope. Love all the colors and texture mixes!
So many cool proposals in an oversaturated fashion world, actually sometimes I feel overwhelmed by all the informations and brands and I can’t stay tuned like I used to be a few years ago.
And it is so nice to see that your blog is a platform to share the world of new designers, Im always opened to new proposals and is cool to see the spot is not only for the biggest brands. And I like what you said about an algorithm dominated society…. that’s so true 🙁 But luckily some proposals in FW are still refreshing.
What I liked the most about this runway is how they presented the looks in couples, matching some of the garments…. that’s really nice!
eu amei todos os modelos *-*
Adorei o post!

Dare I say I love it all? What an incredible collection!

I love their ethos and support. I actually thought such things had become extinct. I’m always so blown away by designers who snub NYFW. As someone on the other side of the globe, NYC has such an impact and character, it’s a shame to see so many forgetting its charm.
Sxx
Some very interesting and intriguing pieces.
I think that its so cool that they still try to groom and support the local New York talent! Fashion is such a huge part of self expression and for a city with as much character as New York, you definitely need to be able to see it showcased in the clothing that is out in its streets and for that to happen, you need local designs!
