I love finding a good bargain don’t you? I wore this look a couple of weeks ago when I went out with some friends in the Meat Packing District. And I must say, navigating the cobble stone streets this area is known for in these booties, was no easy task. But aren’t they stunning and worth the struggle? I picked up these booties by Guess at the second hand shop Buffalo Exchange for $23.00, total score. You can get similar pair at the Guess website, this pair is currently on sale, so hurry. I wrote about this moto jacket from Zara before on the blog, I purchased this new for $99.00. It is not leather but could certainly pass for leather, and the upside is, that it is not a heavy as leather. And if you are a city dweller like me and do a lot of walking, this is good thing. You can check out the one they have right now for $119.00 here. I wore mine over this gray sequined tee from Express which I paired with this fun skirt from Joe Fresh. The tee I also purchased second hand at Buffalo Exchange, but Express is currently carrying a cropped black sequined tee which would look super cool with a moto jacket and white mini skirt. Joe Fresh has an embroidered laser cut skirt for $69.00 which is a bit more then what I paid for mine but check it out, it has a fun 60”s vibe to it that I think you will like. So what do you consider when you put together a look for night out on the town? Comfort? Getting a date? Or possibly being photographed for a street style blog? Ok, just kidding on that last question. But let me know, what did you wear on your last night out on the town?

March 5, 2014Love this outfit, and yes I agree those booties would be worth the struggle and awkward gait. Love the sequin tee and jacket. That is a good point about the jacket being lightweight , important for a city girl ( as is a light bag!
Great look

March 5, 2014I love the jacket! I usually just wear my Brandy Melville sweater, and a pair of white shorts. It’s been pretty hot over here in SoCal.
