Happy Friday everyone. We are head long into the holiday season now. Seems like Fashion Week just wrapped and I have to start thinking about Christmas shopping. When I headed to Paris it still felt like summer and now I need a winter coat, whew what a whirlwind the last few weeks have been; I feel I am on perpetual fast forward.
And though I love New York at Christmas I think I left a bit of my heart in Paris. And so today for Lookbook Friday we will be looking at the Agnes B runway show. I shared some behind the scenes snaps of backstage earlier in the week. And last week we saw some of the snaps I took outside the Palais De Tokyo, now lets look at what all the hoopla was about—the runway show itself.
While the “pajama” sets and pieces like the carnival scene laser printed skirt and and tropical beach printed romper keep the lineup on trend and fresh
A frenetic collection that feels both young and timeless. From traditional a line dresses and car coats to sun dresses and button down wrap frocks one can feel more then a nod to a retro aesthetic. While the “pajama” sets and pieces like the carnival scene laser printed skirt and and tropical beach printed romper keep the lineup on trend and fresh. With a palette of neutrals dominated by black with the occasional appearance of cream balanced by soft pastels and sudden saturated pops of brilliant oranges, minty sapphires and glistening turquoise one can equally find themselves in the city, lunching in a garden or sunning in Saint Tropez. And with longer hemlines scene on many of the pieces, this collection with it’s relaxed effortless vibe and uncomplicated attitude is win win in my book.

November 4, 2016With the way this year has been flying by, the holidays will be here before we know it. I last visited the agnes b shop in Union Square about a month ago and what I really love is how wearable the clothes always look. This collection is no exception.

November 5, 2016Fabulous video! Love the looks: the loungy Pajamas, and robes, the leather pencil skirts, the ruffle trimmed lace shift dress, the single flower as an earring, so much to take in, and all of it fabulous!
I loved this!’
