Today I am sharing with you the second set of shows that walked for the Oxford Fashion Studio. Jeff Albea was the first collection to walk the runway. Known for couture, Jef Albea got his start in the theatre as an actor but soon transitioned to costume designer, creating elaborate costumes for the stage.
Taking what he learned designing for the theatre industry he now creates couture gowns for famous Philippine celebrities such as Lea Salgona, Zsazsa Padilla,Vina Morales, Alma Concepcion,Maine Mendoza, Maja Salvador among others.

He also designs beautifully romantic and exquisite wedding dresses, creating over fifty pieces a year. The consummate professional Jeff brings the same excellence and attention to detail to his wedding gowns as he does to his couture line. I am a huge Lea Salonga fan:D Being Filipino-Canadian, I don’t really keep up with Filipino showbiz stuff but am familiar with many of them. Lea is something else. <3
Such beautiful bridal pieces. To be honest I haven’t kept up with NYFW. I’ve been a little busy with work lately so today has been my first foray into the runway. Can’t say I’m overly pleased about the 80’s tone but your post here has cheered my right up.
