[dropcap custom_class=”normal”]A[/dropcap] couple of weeks ago I attended a fun and fashionable event at the MadeWell store on the upper east side of Manhattan. The event was a pop up store within a store, for the founder and artist of the popular blog Made By Girl which I wrote about in this post. Today I am going to share with you the wonderful items that I purchased that day. I bought a set of lovely note cards featuring Β Jen’s trademark paint swirls, the cards are printed on a heavy, matte, bright white card stock and as you can see, it comes in a beautifully packaged set. I love this print so much I took one of the cards to my office and have it sitting on my desk. It really brightens up my day. I also purchased one of her original paintings. Yes, I could have purchased a print and it would have been less expensive, but there is something so satisfying about owning an original piece of art work. I am in love with this painting and can not wait to have it framed. So if you like what you see, head on over to her site a madebygirl.com, as we all know the holidays are coming.

How cute are they!! It’s great that you purchased an original piece rather than a print – prints are fun but there is something quite special about an original πŸ™‚
