Here they are—my first pair of statement boots. From Zara of course. Nothing sensible about these babies. Silvery, glittery and oh so sparkly these are not go to office wear to be sure, unless of course you work in fashion then anything goes. I am super excited to wear these glitter bombs, and I love the lower heel—being a NewYorker I do a lot of walking and I am sticking to my commitment to buying lower heeled boots. I drew a line in the sand this past fall and decided I was only going to buy boots with heels that are two inches or lower. And I think I am off to a good start, yes? And the best part I got these on sale for $35.00. They had retailed for $59.99 so that is almost half off. They are no longer available online, though there may be a few left in local stores.

January 18, 2017Love these, it is good to be a girl! I almost bought these ,but the full boot 2 years ago from a children’s shop, they were amazing, lined in kid leather, and not too expensive,But I satisfied this fun trend with a pair of glitter platforms in blue…
and yes for city walking -2 inch is max, unless there is a platform,! Rubber soles are good too!
