I like many in our population, suffer from dry skin and even had this problem as a kid. Seems this is something that runs in our family and can be rather a pain to deal with. But luckily along with antioxidants, using hand cream, body lotion, and oils keeps this problem at bay. During the summer months the problem is not quite as intense and I can get away with using creams which are not quite as rich. In the winter months I use body oil on my body and I will use a hand cream which lists shea butter as one of it’s main ingredients. But when the mercury goes up and the humidity levels along with it, I find I prefer a lighter hand cream. So when I came across this hand cream from Spring’s Eden at the Anthropologie in Soho I knew it was the perfect choice for summer. It has a lovely mild floral scent and is not too thick or greasy, but it penetrates well and leaves my hands soft and free of flakes. I love the light fragrance it leaves behind and the beautiful packaging looks oh so gorgeous on my desk! There are four different scents, I just may have to collect them all! Do you use hand cream? If so do you have a favorite? And how does your skin care routine change for summer?

  3. One of my favorite whimsical store need to see if I could find this product to try,.

  4. I would buy this for the beautiful packaging alone but it’s good to hear that the hand cream is actually effective as well. I have so many hand creams but my favorite at the moment is by Aesop which comes in a really cool package as well.

  5. I love hand cream and use a bunch of different ones. La Prairie makes my favorite one but it is ridiculously expensive. Thankfully, I have some great samples of it to use.

  6. We are so in love with the packaging of that too, like we easily could have bought that just for the packaging lol but we love using hand creams to keep dry skin at bay. Might have to pop into Anthropologie to check this one out!

  7. I love my hand cream from Strivictin (it’s bloody pricey though) and I had no idea Anthropologie carries hand cream range, I’ve always thought they are strictly clothes? This hand cream sounds really lovely and I’m going to check online if I can find it to be shipped here.

  14. I haven’t yet tried this particular hand cream but the ones I have had from Anthropologie have always impressed me. I have several as I keep them all over the place, car, handbag, kitchen…but it’s the light ones which appeal to me. L’Occitane and Bliss are two more of my favourite brands for hand cream.

  15. I have terrible dry skin and I was actually looking for a good cream. Thank you for the recommendation Allie! <3
