Hello everyone, this post is going up a bit late as I got sick when I got back from Paris. But better late than never. As usual I am sharing with you everything I got up to this past Fashion Week in New York. I met many fashionable peeps, many of them wear wearing head to toe vintage and thrifted pieces, there was so much creativity and individual style on the streets this season. Things certainly have changed since the days of logo mania. Luckily the weather was perfect, surprisingly so. It was not super hot or humid, and it didn’t’ rain. Ditto for Paris and stay tuned for that!

Welllll I was waiting outside Christian Sirano’s show and I was standing between two parked cars near the curb one of which was a black van. Well a few minutes later Whoopie Goldberg came out she had to walk between the two parked a cars and me! We more or less nose to nose it was crazy. She said “don’t scream” I said no I won’t. People were screaming. That is why she said that. Then saw Opera and Gayle King!

It’s fun hearing how many people had thrifted or secondhand items! I love thrifting, it’s so fun searching for interesting pieces. This was a fun watch!
I love seeing the unique and fun fashion ideas from NYFW. I especially loved the guy with his whole rhinestone look, and the lady with the bow in her hair and on the back of her dress. People are so creative, it’s inspiring to watch the video and how these fashionistas think outside of the box and have fun with their looks.
