Fashion Week here in New York is now over and moved across the pond to London, Paris and Milan as Fashion Month continues. I won’t be headed to Paris next week though I wish I was, but I will be following my favorite influencers on You Tube as they attend the shows in the city of lights. But here in rainy New York I am continuing my Fashion Week coverage and today I am sharing with you the Nolcha Shows for Fall 2019.
I attended the shows with another photographer named Melissa, she is the same photographer that shot the shoot in Soho featuring my thrifted Claudie Pielot top. We spent the entire day at the shows shooting and vlogging and running around with other photogs. The shows were a wonderful success and it was nice to see the progression of some of the regular houses that walk for the Nolcha Shows such as ACID NYC.
So much diversity, beauty and talent. And that is one of the things I love about Fashion Week; having the honor to sit ringside and see all the hard work come to fruition
The labels showing this season are as follows: Unwonted, ACID NYC, Bennov, Supin and Videos Omnia. As with the Oxford shows there was quite a mix of aesthetics walling the runway from women’s RTW, to menswear to more out of the box collections like Videos Omnia. So much diversity, beauty and talent. This is one of the things I love about Fashion Week; having the honor to sit ringside and see all the hard work come to fruition.

I really like it when womens and mens looks are combined into one show and how it adds to the energy and visual interest.
Love these outfits, some of them I really would like to have in my wardrobe. All of these photos are truly amazing!

Great photos! What an interesting line and even though many of these are not my style. I absolutely love the off-white bishop sleeve top with the long frilly skirt. The men’s pants are also smart! Have a great weekend!

Yes some of it is a little avant garde but fun
It sounds fascinating being both behind the scenes with other photographers and in the front row, taking in and photographing the variety of couture on the runways. I’m loving the variety of colourful, artistic, and floral prints, satiny fabrics, and the hosiery. Your coverage of these shows is fabulous!
It is interesting to see the different outfits from this fashion show. I like that the designer went out of the norm and went for some daring outfits. It turned out well! Love that there were a lot of great shots of the models!

These are really terrific photos and they really give you a good sense of the designers aesthetic. The neon green skirt that is somewhat fluorescent is my favorite piece. Also I’m quite fond of all of the pieces by Acid. I love the drama and the bold silhouettes. Wonderful use of colors as well.
