I must say I am getting quite a bit of use from this Mango over coat which I purchased online. In this first post I wore it with a casual pull-over from J crew, skinny jeans, and a pair of white slip-ons from Vans. This time I bummed it up a bit for a more dressy look with this cable knit sweater from Banana Republic and these two-toned boots from the Von Dutch Company. Aren’t they cool? I love the two colors and the two different textures and how they are’t quite ankle boots. My second pair of midi boots. I purchased mine at a discounted retailer called Foxes and only paid $39.99 for these gorgeous kicks they originally retailed for $145.00. I topped it off with this hat from Anthropologie which I picked up last winter and the bag many you have seen before is from Dooney & Burke. My friend and I snapped these pix before we headed to the movies to see The Danish Girl. After the movie we went out for an early dinner and drinks. This look was perfect for a cold day, and easily carried over from the day to the evening. And stay tuned for part three, and the dressiest of the looks!

That coat is gorgeous but the real winner for me is your boots! I love how chic it is and I haven’t seen another studded two toned boots anywhere! You look great, Ali and how did you like The Danish Girl? I wanted to watch it but it’s not my husband’s cup of tea so I missed it.
