Chloe’s Faye Shoulder bag and the it bag of the moment

Yes this it, the it bag of the moment. The gaucho motif version is sold out as the mini Faye backpack. Much like the hotly sought after Chanel sling backs that are almost never in stock it seems these Chloe bags can be hard to come by, which is surprising given the $1,950 price tag. But then again all one has to do is take a look at the out of the box shape, ring details and expert craftsmanship to see why someone would fork over the cash for this gorgeous stunner of a bag.

I would love to own one of these bags one day. That day may be a bit of a ways off, but a girl can dream. Have you ever purchased a bag this expensive? Or has anyone ever given you bag like this expensive? Do you feel a bag like this is an investment or just an indulgence? And if you got a hefty tax return would you splurge on a bag like this? Items such as these do not tend to go on sale, so if your holding out for that you may waiting quite a while. But this plays in to it being an exclusive, luxury item.
