The day this was shot I was visiting a cute town to do some last minute Christmas shopping. As it was so cold I opted for some over the knee boots, tights and a sweater. I then threw on this thrifted coat that I picked for $24.00 Not bad a price and it is quite warm. The bag you have seen before on the blog is from Micheal Kors. The boots are from Zara and the skirt is from H&M both are not new and I shopped my closet. The sweater is also not new and is from Theory and the sunnies were borrowed from my friend. The gloves which I have been wearing all winter are also not new. Neither is the scarf which I picked up at local shop a number of years ago. So again the entire look is pre-loved or I shopped my closet. Have you picked up anything second hand this season? And if you do shop second hand, what is your favorite pre-loved item?

Love your coat, it looks so elegant, and what a steal at that price! I used to work a few minutes away from a consignment store and would make weekly stops there during lunch. Since working from home I haven’t been back as often, but I do occasionally shop second hand on The RealReal and eBay!

What a gorgeous coat, I love the collar of it. Perfect for shopping, such a great find!! I love shopping second hand, it’s actually so much fun finding pieces no one else will have. I have a lot of vintage bed jackets that I love, their so easy to wear if you want something different to a cardigan. I’m always on the look for different ones, ha!! Allie, I adore this outfit! I have really been wanting a denim mini skirt with the buttons down the front. They are so cute! And what a great coat. There is something really special to me about a thrifted coat. It is the first thing I look at when I go thrift shopping and I have a lot of really fabulous and unique coats that I bought second hand! I need to go thrifting soon and look for a denim skirt now! And probably another coat or two!
