The last few seasons as most of us know have not been the normal, business as usual situation. And for me even more so after the year of COVID, 2021 was a tulmotous year for me with losing my mom, selling the house and moving. Needless to say I was not up to the usual Fashion Week and I did very little street style shooting, though I did get to interview a few people last season which I really enjoyed.
Today I am sharing with you some Fashion Week street style from both New York and Paris. I did not take these photos and I must say I found it extremely challenging to find very many photos covering street style. The well known online media outlets showcased a few photos but honestly, not very many.
I really hope to be able to shoot again next season, because there is not out there
In my research I came upon a few of my own photos from previous seasons. I really hope to be able to shoot again next season, because surprisingly there is not a lot out there—despite the plethora of photogs that are shooting outside the shows. Where exactly are all these photos? Though I did find some great photos featuring super stylish attendees.
However there is Adam Katz Sindig he is a brilliant photographer and The Style Stalker, though he has not updated his site in quite a while. At any rate I hope you enjoy this round up and be sure to check out the sites I mention.
The main image is via Getty and the fashionista in the middle is Miki of Miki Alamode. I have photographed Miki a number of times myself. I know she has been featured in a number of media outlets this season, and her style is on fire!

April 18, 2022Thinking forward to street style beginning to reemerge as the weather is warming up is a pleasant thought.
Looking at the street-style fashion photos above also brought me some smiles.
I am especially loving the appearances of the long flowy pleated skirt styled with the white dress shirt and cream/parchment blazer on the left side of the third set of images;
The OOTD styled and being worn by Gili Biegun outside of Valentino, and;
The mini-skirts in the third-to-last and second-to-last photos.

I love that there are many interesting fashion proposals over here, and you have a really good eye to select pictures in order to create a whole moodboard, all of them look like something that you could shoot with your camera 😉

Grief will always be with us but it’s so nice to hear that you enjoyed interviewing a few people last season, it shows us there is some hope in enjoying what we do moving forward in life xx
