Summer is quickly coming to a close and soon it will be all about falling leaves, sweaters, boots and crisp cool days. But not quite yet. So in today’s Lookbook Friday we are looking at By Misha’s Six Gypsies lookbook. I met Mila Michelle a year or so ago when I interviewed her for the blog. Originally known for swimwear By Misha has branched out quite a bit and creates street wear apparel as well as lingerie and accessories. With a boho festival chic vibe By Misha embraces the free spirited hippie aesthetic she grew up with and adds a fun modern twist. But rest assured By Misha also creates more buttoned up urban attire and can easily straddle the fence between causal chic and high fashion sophistication. Today of course we are having a look at the Gypsy Six shoot and the dreamy lingerie and bohemian summer apparel that is the By Misha hallmark look. Exquisite lace, neutral pastels and delicate prints speak to the ultra feminine vibe to this decidedly sexy collection. With artful draping and an alluring vaguely eastern approach the looks featured here quietly reveal the beauty and strength of the female form. Add a dash of tie dye some charming floral crowns and a touch of embroidery and you have an unforgettable and bewitching line of wearable lingerie.

  8. I was just thinking that this brand is swimwear and then I read they have since branched out to other stuff. I love that these looks are not with skinny models but with normal girls whom I can relate to. Well, related to as in body shape…they all look young enough to be my daughters. Le sigh…
